Mental Wellness
Workshops
Growth is not static, it’s dynamic and will unfold as you follow it. Exponential learning can happen when we gather together as a collective group focused on furthering our knowledge base. As someone who thrives on helping people live their dreams, I’m here to utilize an array of coaching styles, collaborations and modalities to facilitate that expansion.
Together with Sarah Diagle of White Pine Wellness, workshops are designed to cover a variety of topics from a combined psychological and somatic approach. This May we have started a monthly Microdosing 101 to educate the curious on some of the groundbreaking benefits of psylicibin for overall health and wellbeing as well as possible risks.
Couples workshops that facilitate building physical and emotional intimacy incorporating Thai massage, polarity dynamics and Breathwork are offered several times a year and cater to the needs of attending couples.
Meeting of Minds is held monthly and topics are designed to be an interactive workshop combining education, discussion and hands on participation. Past topics have included nutrition to support mental health, sexual health, conflict resolution and burnout. Topics are created based on the needs expressed by clients and participants so change with the needs of our community.
Mental health refers to our cognitive, behavioral, and emotional wellbeing - it is all about how we think, feel, and behave. Mental wellness is also how we interact with our world, what we eat, who we love, and what we want in life. Together we will identify the blocks to leading your best life and develop a plan to help you get there.
